This week we teamed up with Pastoral in Fort Point for an event, check out Flowers and Flour on our blog for the event recap. Mixologist Tim Kotkowski taught us how to make a delicious vodka cocktail called "Not A Martini". The essence of grapefruit from the Combier Pamplemousse Rose was an awesome touch.
If you would like a more simple version of this cocktail, try Vodka, Grapefruit Liqueur, St. Elder and Prosecco. While Cocchi Rosso gives this drink a more appealing color, Lillet can be used in its place for the Grapefruit Liqueur.
Not A Martini pairs perfectly with roses for a great date night!
Here is the "Not A Martini" recipe. Cheers!
- 1 oz Vodka
- 1/2 oz Combier Pamplemousse Rose (Grapefruit Liqueur)
- 1/2 oz St. Elder
- 1 oz Cocchi Rosso
- 2 Drops Grenadine
- 1 oz Prosecco
- Ice
- Lemon Twist and Cherry
- Mix first 5 ingredients.
- Pour over ice.
- Top with prosecco.
- Garnish with a lemon twist and cherry.
- Enjoy!
