By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to allow photographs to be taken at the Alice's Table event you attend which you may appear in. Alice's Table reserves the right to use photographs for purposes including, but not limited to, promotional purposes, advertising, event posts, and freely on the Alice's Table website. If you would not like to be photographed, please contact Alice's Table at contact@alicestable.com and we will arrange so with the Alice's Table Events Coordinator.
Feedback
We welcome (and appreciate) feedback. If you provide feedback to us, we may use and disclose such feedback for any purpose, provided we do not associate such feedback with your Personal Information. We will collect any information contained in such feedback and will treat the Personal Information in it in accordance with this Privacy Policy. The Alice’s Table website, www.alicestable.com, (the “Website”) is provided by Alice’s Table INC and/or its affiliates and subsidiaries ("Alice’s Table", "we", “us", "our") for your personal enjoyment, subject to the terms and conditions of use herein set forth and all modifications thereto (the "Terms"). By using the Site, you are agreeing to these Terms. The term "Site" includes the Website and any other online properties owned or operated by us.
We may revise the Terms at any time without actual notice. All revisions to the Terms will appear on the Site, and be effective immediately. By using the Site after we post any changes, you agree to accept those changes, whether or not you have reviewed them. If at any time you choose not to accept these Terms, please do not use this Site.
Alice's Table, via the Site, provides users with the ability to purchase flower arrangements and gifts and to arrange and pay for a service that will provide you with an afternoon or evening of flower arranging instruction (“Event” or “Events”).
Alice's Table is constantly making adjustments to the services it provides, and any description herein of our services should not be considered a representation or obligation with respect to how the service be supplied in the future.
Description of Event Services
Availability. The availability of Alice's Table Events at particular venues will change from time to time and could potentially change on the day of an Event. While Alice's Table will endeavor to make the event host you have arranged available for an Event, the event host may change at Alice's Table’s sole discretion without notice to you.
Materials Provided. Alice’s Table will provide all flowers, vases, tools, and aprons for an Event. While Alice's Table maintains quality control over the materials it uses, the quality of the flowers, vases, tools, and aprons may vary.
End Result. Alice’s Table makes no representations or warranties about the quality of your flower arrangements or individual experience. Every flower arrangement will be unique, and it is not intended that your arrangement will be a facsimile of the flower arrangements depicted on the Website.
Start Time. Alice’s Table will make every effort to begin the instruction at the designated start time and complete the instruction within two hours. However, the time it takes to begin and complete the instruction will vary based on a number of factors, and Alice’s Table makes no representation as to the exact amount of instruction time at an Event.
Capacity Limitations. You may not be able to attend an Event due to capacity limitations of the venue where the Event takes place. Alice’s Table recommends that you purchase your tickets in advance and arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the Event.
Alice’s Table Flowers. Alice’s Table may change the type flowers that will be used at the Event and may make such change without notice to you.
Cancellation of events. Alice's Table reserves the right to cancel an event for any reason. Event may be cancelled due to unforeseen acts of extreme or hazardous weather conditions and rescheduled for a later date. You will be contacted by Customer Care regarding the cancellation of events and transferred into a new class or given credit to be used for an event at a later date.
Terms of Sale
By placing an order on www.alicestable.com, you agree to pay the price applicable for the product or service (including any sales taxes, surcharges, or delivery fees), and agree to the terms, restrictions, and conditions of the purchase as of the time you submitted the order. Unless you and Alice’s Table have agreed to an alternate billing arrangement, we will automatically bill the credit card submitted as part of the order process. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email and an additional confirmation email once your order is delivered. All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE.
You may transfer your ticket into another event by contacting Customer Care within 48 hours before the event you were originally attending. Contact Customer Care at customercare@alicestable.com or call (617) 603-7439 to be transferred into another class or transfer into credit to be used at a later time.
If you purchase a subscription for repeated deliveries, then you hereby authorize Alice’s Table to bill your credit card for the amounts and at the intervals described on our Site (or at approximately those intervals, to accommodate for holidays and other irregularities), until the end of the subscription period, or indefinitely if you decide to purchase an open-ended subscription. In cases where your credit card expires, is cancelled, is over the limit, or is otherwise declined for any reason, we will not continue to deliver flowers or renew your subscription, though we may, but are not obligated to, contact you to notify you of the issue. To cancel your subscription, Alice’s Table must receive your written request via email to contact@alicestable.com at least 1 week prior to the next scheduled delivery date.
Without limiting other remedies, we reserve the right to charge a late fee on all past due payments equivalent to the lesser of one and a half percent (1.5%) per month on the unpaid balance or the highest rate allowed by law. You will pay for all collection costs, attorneys fees, and court costs incurred in the collection of past due amounts.
Sales Tax
Sales taxes are not included in the price of the products or services. We will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders placed through www.alicestable.com.
Delivery of Products
Alice’s Table products are delivered on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your purchase. Monthly arrangements and gifts will be delivered on the third Wednesday of the month. Weekly arrangements and gifts will be delivered every Wednesday. Orchids will be delivered on the second Tuesday of the month. Orders must be submitted 48 hours in advance of the aforementioned times to ensure timely delivery of products.
Deliveries will be made between the hours of 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. EST. We cannot guarantee delivery time, but will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Specific instructions must be provided at time of order, to ensure recipient, or authorized receiver, is available to receive the flowers at the time of delivery. If the recipient is not home, please leave detailed instructions on where to leave the purchase.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
Recipient Availability
- Leave the order with a neighbor or nearby business.
- Leave the arrangement with a business employee if delivering to a business.
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance).
Payment Options
Alice’s Table accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Alice’s Table uses an industry leading security technology to ensure that your order will be safe and secure.
Billing of Event Services
By purchasing an Alice’s Table Ticket to your Event, you are expressly agreeing that Alice’s Table is authorized to charge you a ticket fee at the then current rate, and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the Alice’s Table Service to the Payment Method you provided during registration. Please note that prices and charges are subject to change with notice.
As used in these Terms, “billing” shall indicate either a charge or debit, as applicable, against your Payment Method. The Ticket fee will be billed on the day you purchase the Ticket and not on the day of the Event.
You acknowledge that the amount billed for each event may vary from event to event for reasons that may include differing amounts due to promotional offers, and you authorize Alice’s Table to charge your Payment Method for such varying amounts.
Ticket fees and charges are fully earned upon payment. PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR UNUSED OR PARTIALLY USED EVENTS. At any time, and for any reason, Alice’s Table may provide a refund, discount, or other consideration (“credits”) to some or all of Alice’s Table’s customers. The amount and form of such credits, and the decision to provide them, are at Alice’s Table’s sole and absolute discretion. The provision of credits in one instance does not entitle you to credits in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Alice’s Table to provide credits in the future, under any circumstance. Alice’s Table may change the fees and charges in effect, or add new fees and charges from time to time, but Alice’s Table will give you advance notice of these changes by email.
Alice’s Table will bill the ticket fee to the Payment Method you provide to Alice’s Table during registration.
Intellectual Property
The Website is owned and operated by Alice’s Table INC “Site Content” means all features, materials, information, content, text, site design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, and software appearing on or offered on our Site, as well as the selection, assembly and arrangement thereof, and includes our current and future products and services, our Affiliate Program(s) and corporate accounts, the ability to order products and services and receive newsletters and promotional emails. Unless otherwise specified, all Site Content is the sole property of Alice’s Table INC. All Site Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
Restrictions On Use of Material
You may not publish, display, or commercially exploit any material from the Site unless you obtain prior written consent from Alice’s Table. To seek our permission, you may write to us at contact@alicestable.com. If permission is granted by us and by all other entities with an interest in the relevant intellectual property, you may not change or delete any author attribution, trademark, legend, or copyright notice. We do not have control over websites that Alice’s Table may link to. Our website may contain links to third party websites that are not owned, operated, or controlled by Alice’s Table. Limitations of Liability
Your sole remedy for any dispute with us it to discontinue your use of Alice’s Table. In no event shall our liability, or the liability of our officers, directors, agents, partners, and vendors, for any and all claims relating to the use of the Site and products and services, exceed the total amount of fees that you paid us during the previous one-year period of use for the specific service of the issue. We, our officers, directors, agents, partners, and vendors, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use, or inability to use, or reliance upon our site and services. These exclusions apply to any and all claims of lost profit or goodwill, even if we knew, or should have known, of the possibility of damages. If jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion of liability for damages, in such jurisdiction, our liability, and the liability of our officers directors, agents, partners, and vendors, shall be limited to the extent permitted by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alice’s Table, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, licensors, partners, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of each of them, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to legal fees) arising from: (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your violation of the Terms of Service; (iii) the infringement by you, or any third party using your account, of any intellectual property, copyright infringement, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that any Content submitted by you causes damage to a third party. By purchasing a ticket to an Alice’s Table workshop you understand that attending an in-person event could lead to exposure to COVID-19. You are attending the event at your own risk and will hold Alice’s Table and all its representative, partners, associates and affiliates harmless.
Submissions to Alice’s Table and Affiliated Servers
Any information you transmit to this website, by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, graphics or the like, is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and nonproprietary information. Any information communicated to Alice’s Table through this web site is the exclusive property of Alice’s Table. Alice’s Table is entitled to use any information submitted for any purpose, without restriction or compensation to the person sending the submission.
