About The Workshop
Grab a foodie friend and get ready to cook the night away while we learn how to make a delicious Wild Mushroom Gnocchi with Black Truffle and Brown Butter, designed by former chefs of The French Laundry! We'll start by teaching you how to make gnocchi from scratch with freshly grated Parmesan and just a hint of lemon zest. Once, we've mastered the pasta we'll dive into cooking up an irresistible brown butter sage sauce with wild mushrooms pan-fried to golden brown perfection, topped off with world-famous truffle Carpaccio!
What's In The Kit
Each ticket includes all of the ingredients you need (delivered to your doorstep!) to create 2 servings of Wild Mushroom Gnocchi with Black Truffle, Brown Butter, and Sage dish including, wild mushrooms, fresh ricotta, egg yolk, parmesan, lemon, 00 flour, butter, sage, truffle carpaccio, and Balinese truffle salt.
