What To Expect
The flower arranging can take anywhere from one to two hours, depending on the complexity and format of the arrangement. Alice’s Table provides aprons for you to wear for the duration of the event. Working with flowers can be messy, so make sure to wear something you won’t mind getting a little dirty.
What Should I Bring?
You don’t need to bring anything out of the ordinary with you - we provide the flowers, vases, and tools you will need to create your arrangement.
About the Venue
Chill hangout with a dockside patio for seafood plates, draft beer & tequila, plus live music.
Your Host: Debra DeNezzo
As a lifelong Connecticut resident, I am a true New Englander and love the beauty of each and every season - with fall being my most favorite time of year. I am a Christian woman who loves the Lord and am very active in my church. I’ve been a lifetime crafter and love home decorating, gardening, arts and crafts and loving my flower arranging skills!
I’ve been employed as a civil servant for the past 40 years and I’m within a few years of retirement. I had been searching for something to transition into when I’m ready to give up the 9 to 5 job. I was contemplating starting my own business, but hadn’t found the right fit, until I found Alice’s Table. I get to do something I love – working with fun loving people and build something beautiful with the gifts of nature.
I’m happily married to my awesome husband John and have a grown daughter and son-in-law who live in NYC, a step daughter and son-in law and a step son who live nearby in CT and an adorable 3 and ½ year old grandson.
