When will I receive my flowers?
Your farm-fresh flowers will be arriving at the address you provided the day before the event. As these flowers are shipped directly to you from the farm, there are a few very important steps to take when they arrive, to ensure the flowers remain hydrated and beautiful. How does the virtual event take place?
We use Zoom to live stream our Masterclasses. The day before the event you will receive the Zoom Link in an email from us. We will also send it the morning of the event. If you haven’t already, we recommend that you download Zoom onto the device that you plan to live stream the class on - this will make your experience seamless!
Will I be able to see others in the class?
During our public masterclasses you will be able to see and hear Alice, and you can easily use the chat feature to ask questions and interact! If you are interested in a more intimate setting, please reach out about our private masterclasses where you can see and speak to your friends!
Why do you need my shipping address?
Each ticket includes an abundance of farm-fresh flowers and a vase delivered to your doorstep by the day of the event!
Can I change the shipping address I gave you?
We deliver flowers directly from our farm to your door. Due to this, all purchases (including the address given at purchase) are final and are not eligible for shipping adjustments or updates.
I want to send a gift, what is the best way to do that?
Wonderful! You can easily gift a virtual masterclass on our website.
I am the host of a private event, how do I invite people?
You will receive an email from email@example.com which includes a link to your Host Page. On your Host Page, you will see a section called “Invite Your Friends” from there you can invite friends to purchase tickets via a link, email, Facebook, or Facebook Messenger. This will also be where you can see who has registered.
I am the host of a private event, how do I see who is registered?
On your host page, there is a section called ‘Who’s Attending” in the bottom left hand portion of screen. In that section you can see the name and email of each attendee registered, in addition to how many tickets they have purchased.
Is the workshop recorded?
Our Virtual Masterclasses are only available live and are not recorded. We recommend you join the link 5-10 minutes before we start to get settled.
How long will the event be?
Virtual Events are approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour long, and start promptly at the listed time.
I have a gift card/credit, how do I transfer into a class?
To transfer into a class, please email our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the Masterclass you would like to attend, your shipping address, and your gift card number (if applicable) we would be happy to transfer you into the class.
What do I need for the Masterclass?
All you’ll need to bring is a pair of floral clippers or scissors, and have access to some water. If you haven’t already, we recommend that you download Zoom onto the device that you plan to live stream the class on - this will make your experience seamless!
