A typical day for an Event Operations Intern might include:

  • Processing daily event requests as submitted by Event Execs. This will include reviewing event logistics, ensuring events are on-brand, sending contracts to event hosts and communicating the status of events with the team
  • Marketing events by posting on Facebook and Eventbrite
  • Analyzing event metrics (using Salesforce) to identify opportunities to meet and expand upon company goals
  • Managing special projects as needed

  • You are Boston-based and are available to commit 10+ hours a week in our Back Bay office
