About The Role

Alice’s Table is a lifestyle business that offers digital livestreamed workshops, including floral, cocktail making, culinary, and other experiences. Launched in 2015, the company began by hosting in-person floral arranging events in homes and at venues throughout the U.S. Alice’s Table pivoted to a purely digital model in 2020 when it began collaborating with 1-800-Flowers.com and Harry & David to provide interactive events, such as designing floral arrangements and creating charcuterie boards, to a broader audience of both large and small groups. In 2022, Alice’s Table joined the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc family of brands.

Reporting to the Head of Business Operations, the Operations Analyst will help run day-to-day operations of the business, including vendor management, ordering, order tracking, forecasting, supply tracking, and daily communications.

In addition, they will provide key support to stakeholders across the business in developing strategic analyses and analytics tools to help guide decision-making and understand business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily orders for Alice’s Table workshops with vendor partners
  • Track existing orders using in house tools and dashboards and following up with vendors and internal teams when issues arise
  • Update key dashboards and data feeds daily
  • Build dashboards and analytics tools for internal stakeholders using Excel / G Sheets
  • Perform analyses of elements of business for team members such as workshop performance, refund rates, vendor error rates, etc.
  • Represent Alice’s Table with vendors and coordination regarding issues (delays, refunds, etc.)
  • Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned (e.g. new offerings)
  • Coordinate scheduling of contractors leading workshops


  • Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders across an organization (marketing, tech, etc.)
  • Project management skills and an ownership mindset
  • Extremely strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with very strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and perform under deadline pressure
