About The Role

Founded in 2015, Alice’s Table hosts award-winning, virtual experiences nationwide. Guests choose from a curated selection of seasonal workshops, receive materials delivered directly to their door, and create something amazing step-by-step with an expert host. As seen on Shark Tank, we have appeared on Live with Kelly & Ryan, Vanity Fair, Forbes, Create & Cultivate, and more. Now a part of the 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc.family of brands, Alice’s Table is experiencing exponential growth as we expand, elevate, and evolve our live streaming experiences and grow our private events business.

Alice’s Table is seeking a full-time Account Executive who will play a key role in the success of the Alice’s Table mission. This individual will be responsible for all outbound event sales business targeting US-based companies with a staff of 100 or more. Additionally, the Account Executive will be tasked with repeat sales bookings for all new accounts brought in, as well as inherited accounts in the industry. You will often be the first person to discuss Alice’s Table with a company, so you must be a clear communicator and passionate about the Alice’s Table brand.

This is a position with uncapped earning potential. You will play an instrumental role in relaying market trends to the rest of the company and have the freedom to make event idea suggestions.


Upon coming on board, you can expect to:

  • Build and nurture a robust sales pipeline of industry targets, with pitches tailored around: team-building, client appreciation events, and sales prospecting/field marketing events

  • Nurture long-term relationships with clients, constantly identifying opportunities for repeat business and internal referral opportunities to expand sales within existing account logos

  • Log all sales efforts in Salesforce while providing regular reports to management

  • Represent Alice’s Table Culture: Be a true advocate for our clients and prospective partners by providing them with a pleasant tone, and empathetic support, putting their needs first before any other tasks or special projects.


This job might be for you if you:

  • Have 1+ years of demonstrated success in a sales development role, account executive role, or field marketing role.

  • Are self-motivated, empathetic, passionate about supporting our clients, and a team player even in stressful situations, pivoting easily based on business needs.

  • Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities at the same time.

  • Are always willing to push yourself to think from a client perspective and ensure their experience with us is a successful one.

  • Self-motivated and will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires an ability to test, learn, and adapt quickly.

  • Have experience working in Salesforce or a comparable CRM.

  • Are tech-savvy and can quickly learn how to use new tools.
