Alice’s Joyous Life Roundup

What I Love From Around the Web…

I am a total sucker for a good Royal wedding … seriously though, who isn't? And Princess Eugenie’s wedding was no different. While I have to say I would have nixed the Paige Boy and Bridesmaid dresses, the flowers were what dreams are made of!! I absolutely love that she carried the fall theme throughout and really used tons of natural materials to bring the spaces to life. An incredible nontraditional look that I can't get enough of.

I love this interactive article on what it's like to be and 18-year-old woman across the world. The New York Times did such an amazing job bringing these different stories to life.

Just a little fan moment - Reese Witherspoon liked Sara Blakely’s post about Alice’s Table … say what!?! It was such an honor that I DMed Reese to say thank you (still waiting on a reply …), and ordered her book Whiskey in a Tea Cup which I love! It is full of so many great recipes and entertaining tips. This weekend I am going to try to make a gluten-free version of this Cornbread Chili Pie recipe.

I decorated my front stoop last weekend and now all it needs is a jack-o-lantern. I love these ideas, and will definitely be trying my hand at one!

We woke up Monday morning to this amazing video on Vanity Fair! It was so exciting to learn that we are one of Mark's favorite pitches and investments!

A Parting Note

I know I am really late to the party but Amazon Prime Now has recently changed my life. I discovered that Prime Now will deliver Whole Foods to my door within two hours... and well let's just say life will never be the same. Last week I was having friends over and forgot the lemons. Have no fear! They were at my door before guests arrived - genius! So all things Amazon are rocking my world right now, including this new collection of Jonathan Adler furniture. I love seeing how they're branching out.
